You should be able to play at least two turns per week. Players that can't hold this rate should inform their opponent.
If an opponent does not answer anymore after two weeks, send an email to the staff.
If the issue is not resolved the game will be either cancelled either considered a forfait victory, depending on the number of turns already played.
