PACIFIC WARPacific War is a two player scenerio. Because of the whole scope of WW2 in the Pacific, it is impossible to play against the computer. 1. Belligerent All Allied and Japanese units are as faithfully represented as is possible within the scope of TOAW. 1.1. JAPAN The IJN will receive no further heavy Naval assets. DD units will be placed in the reinforement editor from June 1943 until August 1943 at a rate of 1 unit per turn. All other reinforcements will be placed at 1%. 1.2. USSR enters the war on turn 192. 1.3. AMERICA No CV replacements. BB, CA, CL, DD units will be placed in editor during 1944. DD replacements will occur at 1 per week from Jan. 1943 until the end of the scenerio. Allied replacement level begins at 1% and gradually increases as the war progresses. America will possess atomic capability as of the first week in August 1945. Will there be a measured Japanese response? IT MUST BE NOTED THAT THE PRIMITIVE ROADS CONNECTING ISLANDS MAY NEVER BE USED BY LAND FORCES AT ANY TIME. THESE ARE SOLELY TO BE USED FOR COMPUTING SUPPLY, WHICH IS DONE BY THE COMPUTER. |
