SDT is a windows app I put together, originally to see if I could
decifer the database values in the TOAW executable ( opart300cw.exe )
.
But now it's able to (1) add equipment to the
database (2) modify existing equipment and
(3) delete equipment no longer needed.
You can
change the strengths ( AT, AP, AA, etc. ) and the name, nationality and / or the
capabilities ( nuclear strike possible, etc. ). It's easy to use and, although
not as user friendly as I'd like yet, at least fun to play with. Right click on
the String Grid(s) brings up a menu you can use to select a specific nationality
for display. Click on the picture of the equipment to change the picture that
represents the equipment. Click on the Flag to change the nationality. Change
anything in the Screen Grid(s) to make it different.
